O2C Manager

About the role

Huhtamaki is seeking an experienced O2C Manager to lead Order‑to‑Cash activities across its UAE and Egypt operations. You will be responsible for standardising reporting, driving collections, and improving working capital while supporting the company’s sustainable packaging mission.

Key responsibilities

• Own and standardise O2C reporting (DSO, overdue %, aging, dispute tracking) for UAE and Egypt.
• Develop actionable dashboards and analyse receivables trends to identify risks early.
• Monitor customer payment behaviour, support cash‑flow forecasting and working‑capital planning.
• Lead AR review governance with Sales, Finance and Business leadership, driving accountability for overdue collections and dispute resolution.
• Present O2C performance, risks and actions to senior management regularly.
• Strengthen end‑to‑end O2C processes, eliminate gaps and identify automation opportunities within ERP and reporting tools.
• Improve invoice quality, ensure strong controls around revenue recognition and credit approvals.
• Train and support stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service and Finance to build O2C capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) a plus.
• 8‑12 years of experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable or finance operations, preferably in manufacturing (FMCG or packaging).
• Proven track record in driving collections, improving working capital and managing multi‑country operations (UAE/Egypt experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to present data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of the O2C cycle, credit management and cash‑flow dynamics.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools for automation and analytics.
