OD & Talent Lead

About the role
The OD & Talent Lead will drive organizational development initiatives that boost effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and HR governance. You will also shape company culture, employee engagement, events, and CSR programmes to reinforce values and enhance the employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and update organisational structures, reporting lines and role clarity.
- Maintain the job catalogue and create or revise job descriptions.
- Conduct workload analyses to optimise resource allocation.
- Lead succession planning, talent review cycles and high‑potential programmes.
- Partner with managers to identify high‑potential employees and design development plans.
- Oversee the end‑of‑year promotion cycle across the organisation.
- Prepare annual workforce planning aligned with business strategy and produce monthly headcount reports.
- Generate executive‑level HR reports and board presentations.
- Manage hiring and internal move data for approval processes.
- Update all organisational and position changes in the HRMS and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate job rotation cycles, HR audit readiness and documentation control.
- Develop and execute HR culture, employee engagement, corporate events and CSR initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in organisational development, talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement or HR operations.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in organisational structure design, job description management, manpower planning and succession planning.
- Enthusiasm for planning and coordinating employee events, culture initiatives and CSR programmes.
