Odoo ERP Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Developer to join our team in Cairo. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing, building, and maintaining custom Odoo modules that support our logistics and finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python and the Odoo ORM.
• Create custom reports with QWeb, configure BI dashboards, and build automated actions and scheduled jobs.
• Implement REST, XML‑RPC, and JSON‑RPC integrations with external systems, including the Egypt Tax Authority e‑invoicing API.
• Manage Odoo server configuration, module upgrades, PostgreSQL performance tuning, and Docker‑based deployments.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure compliance with Odoo coding standards, and support UAT and regression testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Odoo development (versions 16‑19 preferred).
• Strong Python skills, including OOP, decorators, generators, and async patterns.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with Git version control, Linux server administration, and CI/CD pipelines.
