职位概况

在万豪酒店的水疗中心，为宾客提供迎宾、指引及基础服务，确保其在水疗期间获得舒适体验。

主要职责

向宾客介绍水疗设施、储物间、休息区及接待站的使用方法。
提供饮用水、果汁或加热颈枕等贴心服务。
回答宾客关于酒店设施和服务的咨询。
陪同宾客往返治疗室，检查并更新日程安排。
保持工作区、治疗室、储物间及休息区的清洁卫生。
正确处理垃圾和脏污床单，确保物品安全存放。
补充毛巾、床单、用品及接待站的物资。
报告事故、受伤及不安全工作环境，完成安全培训。

任职要求

高中或同等学历。
无需相关工作经验或管理经验。
具备良好的沟通表达能力，形象仪容整洁专业。
能够搬运不超过10磅的物品，长时间站立或行走。

必备技能

基本的电脑操作能力，用于查看和更新排班。
