About the role
Travelholic is looking for a senior on‑ground operations host to manage its premium serviced apartments in Cairo. The role ensures guests receive a seamless, high‑quality experience while overseeing daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide premium hospitality to guests
- Welcome guests and support seamless stays
- Lead and motivate the on‑ground team
- Manage facilities and ensure they are well maintained
- Keep operations running smoothly on a daily basis
Required profile
- Background in hospitality, hotels, guest relations or customer service
- Comfortable speaking English with international guests
- Friendly, organized and proactive
- Calm under pressure
