Onsite English Instructor

About the role

4Level1, a leading English language institute, is seeking enthusiastic English Instructors to deliver high‑quality lessons to adult and young learners. The role can be performed onsite, online, or in a hybrid format across several locations in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to adults or children.
• Prepare lesson plans that align with the institute’s curriculum and learning objectives.
• Create a positive, motivating classroom environment and manage class dynamics.
• Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development.
• Collaborate with academic supervisors to enhance teaching quality.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year teaching experience with adults and/or children.
• TEFL or CELTA certification preferred.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Passion for student development and flexibility to work in a fast‑paced environment.
