About the role
We are looking for an Operations Supervisor who is fluent in French to lead a team delivering top‑class customer experience. The role combines performance management, coaching and strategic input to ensure service targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and monitor the team’s performance against defined goals.
- Train, mentor and support team members, providing career development guidance.
- Set team objectives, produce performance reports and capture client feedback.
- Influence team strategy and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in a team‑leader or supervisory role.
- High level of French fluency (B2/C1).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Proven experience delivering constructive criticism and implementing corrective action plans.
- Excellent communication, empathy, problem‑solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage stressful situations calmly.
