MASAR is seeking an Organic Marketing Specialist to boost its social media presence and drive authentic engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that resonates with our real‑estate audience and supports data‑driven growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MASAR’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and voice.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging organic content across channels.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase reach and interaction.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to align content with campaign objectives.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management and organic growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Very good command of English.
• Presentable, self‑motivated, and target‑driven (Class A+ profile).
