Organizational Branding Officer

About the role

Incandesce Pharmaceuticals is looking for an Organizational Branding Officer to lead employer branding initiatives. The role focuses on attracting talent, enhancing employee engagement, and shaping both internal and external perceptions of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the employer branding strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Drive employee experience programs to boost engagement, satisfaction, and commitment.
• Manage internal communications, crafting messages that reinforce company values and team spirit.
• Oversee Incandesce’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and professional representation.
• Maintain a unified online presence across websites, social platforms, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to improve brand visibility through SEO, paid advertising, and content marketing.
• Plan and execute company events, fairs, and booth designs to showcase the brand.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and graphic design teams to align branding with product campaigns and customer engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in branding, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling, communication, and public‑relations abilities.
• Proven experience in digital branding strategies and social media management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, design, and marketing teams.
