Organizational Development & Total Rewards Manager

About the role

AlJammaz Group is looking for an experienced Organizational Development & Total Rewards Manager to shape the company’s people strategy. You will work within the HR Center of Excellence, partnering with senior leaders to design programs that boost engagement, performance, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organizational development initiatives, including design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Develop and maintain job architecture, grading structures, career pathways, and evaluation frameworks.
• Design and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and support annual compensation review cycles.
• Oversee performance management processes, calibrations, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Create rewards and recognition programs that foster a high‑performance culture.
• Develop HR analytics and dashboards to enable data‑driven workforce decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and talent strategies.
• Ensure governance and compliance of all Total Rewards and Organizational Development programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits, or Total Rewards, preferably within a multinational or shared services HR COE.
• Experience in diversified groups, technology companies, or fast‑growing organizations is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, GRP, CCP, or equivalent are an advantage.
