Overseas Recruitment Specialist – Mass Hiring for KSA Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Overseas Recruitment Specialist to lead mass‑hiring initiatives for large‑scale projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Based in Dokki, Egypt, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment, coordinate with international agencies, and ensure timely mobilization of workers while complying with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle overseas recruitment for KSA manpower projects.
• Lead high‑volume hiring campaigns for blue‑collar, skilled, and support positions.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates from India, Bangladesh, Kenya, the Philippines and Indonesia.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, medical exams, document verification and mobilization activities.
• Oversee the visa lifecycle – issuance, renewals, cancellations and Iqama processing.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, embassies and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare accurate recruitment, mobilization and visa reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas recruitment for KSA or GCC countries.
• Proven track record in mass hiring and high‑volume recruitment.
• Strong network with international recruitment agencies (preferred).
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
