Partner Growth & Incubation Manager – TikTok Live (Cairo)

About the role

TikTok Live is building a scalable, healthy, and high‑performing live‑streaming ecosystem. As the Partner Growth & Incubation Manager based in Cairo, you will expand the local agency network, incubate partners, and drive creator growth and monetisation in Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and onboard high‑potential agencies, MCNs and talent organisations to grow the TikTok Live ecosystem in Egypt.
• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with partners, aligning on platform strategy, content direction and growth priorities.
• Establish and manage Live agency communities, designing engagement mechanisms to improve activity, retention and performance.
• Design and execute incubation programmes, including agency education, creator recruitment and monetisation acceleration plans.
• Plan and run incentive‑driven campaigns to boost creator onboarding, revenue growth and agency participation.
• Track and analyse agency and creator performance metrics, using data insights to optimise community operations and partner strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product and Data teams to support partner success and execute growth initiatives.
• Lead workshops, training sessions and engagement activities, ensuring compliance with TikTok Live community guidelines and safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Media, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development within internet, media or entertainment industries.
• Experience managing agency operations, partner relationships or ecosystem growth in live streaming, social media or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
