Partnerships Specialist – Merchant Acquisition & Growth

About the role

Loynova is looking for a Partnerships Specialist to drive business growth by acquiring new merchants and nurturing high‑value, long‑term partnerships. You will act as the main liaison between merchants and internal teams, delivering tailored solutions that boost revenue and expand market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new merchants to grow the portfolio and generate redemption‑fee revenue.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with key merchant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the business‑development team to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Track and analyse merchant performance using key metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant issues, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports and strategic updates to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence senior management.
• Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs, customer‑retention strategies, and industry trends.
