PCS Manager

About the role

The PCS Manager leads the Planning & Cost Control function for large construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets and cash flows are accurately managed and aligned with client and corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet delivery dates.
• Develop and manage cash‑flow plans in line with approved schedules and organizational goals.
• Prepare and oversee resource plans for optimal allocation of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Lead, mentor and improve the performance of the Planning & Cost Control team.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to achieve revenue targets and contractual commitments.
• Oversee claim preparation, review documentation and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
• Participate in progress meetings and ensure effective coordination with contractors and consultants.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management on status, cash flow, risks and cost performance.
• Monitor and control project costs, analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Establish best practices, standards and procedures for planning, scheduling and cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls, planning and cost management.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.
