People Development & Culture Lead Expert

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry, is hiring a People Development & Culture Lead Expert in Nasr City. The role advises internally, creates concepts and promotes activities on talent management, learning, personnel and management development, LEONI values and cultural development, and works closely with HR and country or site management.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR and country or site management in the annual talent management cycle, including employee development conversations, performance and development conferences and succession planning, with IT tool support.
• Design, implement, control and monitor country-specific development and talent activities, including development diagnostics with leaders.
• Design, implement and manage country-specific learning offers and programs, support the learning management system (LMS), maintain the national training catalog and support global learning offers.
• Analyze local learning needs, create and maintain the annual training plan, and coordinate external training providers or deliver training courses.
• Support global employee surveys, conduct country or site surveys, consolidate results and follow up on actions.
• Advise on and monitor country-specific cultural development and LEONI values activities, measure and report key figures, and ensure quality.
• Communicate regularly with the Global People Development, Leadership & Culture team and support cross-country projects and process improvements.
• Develop local employee retention concepts based on global HR standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in a learning and development role.
• Experience in manufacturing or automotive is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing and evaluating training programs.
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning software; authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate are an asset.
• High-level communication and presentation skills.
