People Operations Analyst

About the role

The People Operations Analyst will support end‑to‑end HR processes for employees and interns in Egypt, ensuring a seamless employee experience while complying with local legal and corporate standards. This onsite position reports directly to the GM office and works closely with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding for local staff, interns, and mobility populations in line with GM policies.
• Address employee HR inquiries, act as the local point of contact, and coordinate with relevant teams.
• Administer training programs, facilitate new‑hire orientation, and collaborate with training vendors and speakers.
• Prepare, collect, and coordinate HR documentation requiring wet signatures and company stamps.
• Maintain accurate employee files and ensure proper document storage.
• Provide guidance on benefits‑related questions and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support HR projects, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and process automation efforts.
• Update local process documents and knowledge materials to align with global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field).
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration or People Services.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or comparable platforms.
