Performance & Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

EYouth is seeking a Performance & Organizational Development Specialist to lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of performance management and organizational development initiatives across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full performance management cycle (probation, quarterly, mid‑year, and annual reviews), set objectives and KPIs, and ensure timely completion.
• Prepare analytical performance reports, support calibration sessions, and link results to development plans, promotions, and succession planning.
• Update and standardise the organisational structure, job descriptions, job families, career paths, and promotion criteria.
• Design and maintain competency frameworks, conduct job evaluations, and support workforce and succession planning.
• Conduct organisational assessments, develop HR policies and SOPs, and assist with restructuring and change‑management projects.
• Assess training needs, coordinate learning programmes, and create individual development plans for employees.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) of experience in performance management, organisational development, or a related HR function.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to produce clear reports and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to train managers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
