Pharmacist Branch Manager & Pharmacist Positions – New Cairo

About the role

We are hiring for two pharmacy positions at our New Cairo branch: a Pharmacist Branch Manager to lead daily operations, and pharmacists (both fresh graduates and experienced) to dispense medication and support patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support pharmacy staff, manage schedules and performance.
• Oversee branch operations, inventory levels and stock management.
• Ensure full compliance with local pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
• Implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and store efficiency.
• Accurately dispense medications and provide expert patient counseling.
• Review prescriptions according to standard medical guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
• Handle digital platforms for online orders and delivery applications.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for all customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD).
• For the manager role: minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy management and team leadership.
• For pharmacist roles: open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work under pressure.
