PR Manager – Communications & Media Strategy

About the role

The PR Manager will lead communication strategies and initiatives for both existing retainer clients and new strategic events. You will work closely with the PR, Marketing and Events teams to deliver clear, compelling brand communications on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR & communications campaigns, defining strategy, goals, budget and tactics for retained and new clients.
• Lead day‑to‑day client relations across multiple accounts, ensuring constant and clear communication.
• Maintain and grow relationships with stylists, press, thought leaders and influencers to secure earned media opportunities.
• Manage budgets and timelines for client accounts and oversee the creation of press releases, statements and interview materials.
• Monitor, analyse and report PR results monthly, delivering performance dashboards to clients.
• Coordinate PR activations, press events, shoots and other media‑related activities.
• Identify and pursue business‑development opportunities to expand the PR department’s client base.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of PR experience, preferably within the luxury or lifestyle sector.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
