Presales Consultant – Remote

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Presales Consultant to join Muller's Solutions and support our sales team. In this remote position you will engage with clients, understand their business and technical requirements, and position appropriate technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to gather business and technical requirements through discovery sessions.
- Design and present solution proposals aligned with customer needs.
- Prepare presentations, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and technical documentation.
- Deliver product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to develop solution architectures.
- Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle, from qualification to proposal submission.
- Stay updated on market trends and enterprise technology solutions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and technology partners.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or solution architecture.
- Experience with at least one enterprise platform such as SAP, ServiceNow, OpenText, Boomi, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP or Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of business processes and digital transformation.
- Proven ability to prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
