Product Analyst - Data Insights & AI

About the role

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join our Analytics Products Engineering team in Cairo. You will help evolve Segmented Execution, an AI‑powered commercial product that delivers personalized execution insights across outlets and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Translate design inputs, user journeys, and business needs into clear functional specifications and structured requirements.
• Support the Product Manager in shaping features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the bridge between design intent and technical implementation, working closely with Data Science, Architecture, and Engineering teams.
• Validate analytical and AI outputs against business expectations and use cases.
• Monitor product usage, identify improvement opportunities, and maintain high‑quality backlog items.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation sessions, and effort sizing with engineering and DevOps.
• Maintain documentation such as wikis, flow diagrams, functional specs, and product changelogs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in digital or data‑driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and experience in cross‑functional product teams.
• Ability to translate designs and business needs into clear, structured, testable product specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in stakeholder management.
