Product Owner – Agile Development

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to provide vision and direction to an Agile development team and its stakeholders. You will identify user needs, define business value and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to manage product releases. The role requires prior product ownership experience and a commitment to user‑centred design.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a clear product vision and direction to the Agile development team and relevant stakeholders.
• Develop an understanding of the end‑to‑end customer experience, including key integrations and dependencies.
• Identify user needs and communicate the business value of proposed products and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to plan and manage product releases.
• Capture, clarify and prioritise requirements, documenting both functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Translate requirements into user stories and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
• Support the development of new business products, solutions and processes.
• Promote user‑centred design throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Approximately four years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous experience working as a Product Owner.
• Practical knowledge of software development and system integrations.
• Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories.
• Strong communication skills to convey product direction and collaborate with stakeholders.
