Product Owner

About the role

Geidea is seeking a motivated mid‑level Product Owner to join its technology‑driven team in Egypt. You will own the product backlog, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery of high‑quality digital payment solutions that meet market needs and company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create, prioritize, and maintain a transparent product backlog.
• Break down complex features into clear, actionable user stories.
• Work closely with development, marketing, sales, and support teams to gather feedback and drive product success.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Engage stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and manage competing priorities.
• Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure user experience is central to product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.
