Product Owner / Manager – Agile Software Products

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner/Manager to drive the vision and execution of our software products. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that our roadmap aligns with user needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a well‑defined product backlog, prioritizing user stories and epics.
• Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap in line with market trends.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Work with the Scrum Master to plan sprints, ensure backlog readiness, and manage delivery risks.
• Engage with stakeholders, gather feedback, and act as a product evangelist.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software product development, including at least 3 years as a Product Owner.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills in English.
• Proven ability to launch successful B2B SaaS products.
