Product Specialist – Giza (Full‑time Field Sales)

About the role

Hero Baby is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join its on‑field sales team in Giza, Egypt. In this full‑time position you will be the face of the brand, promoting its range of baby nutrition products to healthcare professionals and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve in‑market sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Meet contract, coverage and frequency goals through face‑to‑face meetings and customer‑centric activities.
• Promote Hero Baby products according to campaign strategies and company policies.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio, technical information, positioning and key messages.
• Coordinate field visits with colleagues, share insights and drive territory performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Veterinary Science.
• Completed mandatory military or governmental service.
• 0–4 years of experience in nutritional or pharmaceutical sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Valid driving licence.
