Production Executive (Advertising)

About the role

Kijamii, an award‑winning advertising agency with offices across the Middle East, is looking for a Production Executive to support the end‑to‑end execution of advertising projects. You will act as the bridge between suppliers, internal teams and on‑ground production crews to ensure seamless delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard suppliers, manage contracts and invoicing.
• Coordinate payment details and documentation with suppliers.
• Oversee project execution to guarantee smooth operations and timely delivery.
• Manage logistics, including bookings, transportation and scheduling.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders during pre‑production, on‑ground execution and post‑production phases.
• Support on‑ground production teams when required.
• Ensure all processes follow internal SOPs and operational standards.
• Track timelines, deliverables and operational requirements across multiple projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in production coordination, project management or operations within advertising or marketing.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear, professional communication skills and willingness to work hands‑on.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
