Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead engineering initiatives to improve plant reliability, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Based in Bani Suef, the role focuses on establishing standards, managing CAPEX, and supporting continuous improvement across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve operational breakdowns.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs in SAP.
• Define and enforce local engineering standards aligned with global guidelines.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and forecast CAPEX for 3‑5 years.
• Drive process improvement and energy‑intensity reduction projects.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of local and imported spares.
• Maintain comprehensive CAPEX records and reporting.
• Collaborate on cost‑optimization initiatives and ensure adherence to CAPEX policies.

Required profile

• Resident of Bani Suef or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
