Project Manager – ELV (Light Current)

About the role

The Project Manager – ELV (Light Current) leads the planning, execution, and delivery of low‑voltage and network infrastructure projects from award to handover. The role ensures projects meet safety, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while acting as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, resource allocations, and milestones.
• Monitor progress, control budgets, and implement corrective actions and risk mitigation.
• Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, technical office staff, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate technical activities for structured cabling, fire alarm, CCTV, access control, public address, telephone, network infrastructure, AV systems, and BMS interfaces.
• Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and resolve technical issues with consultants and clients.
• Maintain client relationships, attend project meetings, and provide progress updates.
• Support procurement, evaluate supplier proposals, and assist commercial teams with variations and claims.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards and oversee testing, commissioning, and handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ELV or low‑voltage projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills to direct multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to monitor budgets, schedules, and project KPIs.
• Knowledge of contract requirements and project documentation processes.
