Project Manager – Fit‑out Projects (Egypt)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of fit‑out projects across Egypt. The role involves coordinating all project phases, ensuring timely and on‑budget completion while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate project scope, timelines and deliverables with all stakeholders.
• Plan, execute and deliver fit‑out projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate tasks, resources and deliverables to meet schedule and budget targets.
• Manage administrative aspects such as meeting schedules and minutes of meetings.
• Produce accurate project reports, dashboards and progress updates.
• Develop and monitor detailed project programmes, tracking milestones and critical paths.
• Control project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Take ownership of additional duties to guarantee efficient project completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing fit‑out or construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of fit‑out project management consultancy.
• Based in Egypt or willing to relocate.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of contract production and implementation (FIDIC or similar).
• Strategic, proactive mindset with strong organisational abilities.
