Projects Associate Manager - North Coast

About the role

Hyde Park Developments is looking for a Projects Associate Manager for its North Coast Projects. The role oversees and manages all aspects of construction projects in the North Coast area, requiring a proactive leader who ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale projects in the North Coast Projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and subcontractors so that project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress, manage schedules and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and address issues.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
• Assist in budget preparation and management, keeping projects within allocated budgets.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management.
• Solve problems that may affect project completion and implement continuous improvement in project management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 11 to 14 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or real estate development.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once.
• Familiarity with the North Coast market and regulations is preferred.

• Project management software such as Primavera and MS Project.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
