Purchasing Manager – Strategic Procurement Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Purchasing Manager to lead procurement for our manufacturing operations in Cairo. You will shape our sourcing strategy, manage vendor relationships, and drive cost‑effective supply chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically lead all purchasing activities, from sourcing to contract negotiation and supplier selection.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring performance, compliance, and mutual growth.
• Drive cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Quality Control to ensure material availability.
• Oversee inventory levels and implement efficient purchasing processes using ERP systems.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a track record of building lasting stakeholder relationships.
