Quality Analyst (Telecom) – French, German or Spanish Speaking

About the role

Sutherland Cairo is hiring two Quality Analysts to support a new Telecom program: one French-speaking QA and one German- or Spanish-speaking QA. The role is full-time and requires working onsite at the Cairo office.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all assigned transaction evaluations and attend all internal and external calibration sessions as assigned.
• Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain communication with clients and team members, understanding their needs, resolving issues and meeting expectations.
• Keep management informed with timely and accurate reports.
• Develop effective strategies based on accurate data reports, analysis and observations.

Required profile

• 1 year of QA experience within the telecom domain.
• Fluency in French, German or Spanish.
• Ability to work onsite in Cairo.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to build trust and professional rapport with colleagues.

Required skills

• MS Office.
• Strong analytical skills: interpreting data, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
