Quality Control Engineer

About the role

Trust is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to ensure the highest standards for automotive seating systems. You will work on the manufacturing floor, performing inspections, tests, and data analysis to guarantee product compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on seating components to meet industry and company specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle.
• Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare detailed documentation such as inspection reports, test results, and non‑conformance records.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring ISO and other quality standards are met.
• Train production staff on quality procedures and investigate customer complaints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing quality control environment.
• Strong English proficiency and good computer skills.
• Ability to objectively review and qualify data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
