Quality Control Specialist – Online Training Programs

About the role

Pioneer Media Academy is seeking a Quality Control Specialist to ensure that all online training programs meet the highest standards of pedagogical excellence, technical stability, and learner engagement. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in 6th of October City and involves auditing live sessions, recorded content, and trainer performance.

Key responsibilities

• Review training decks, handouts, and videos for branding consistency, instructional design quality, and factual accuracy.
• Conduct shadow sessions to evaluate trainer delivery, body language, and student interaction.
• Verify technical standards during sessions, including microphone clarity, background‑noise cancellation, and HD video stability.
• Audit assessments and quizzes to ensure they accurately measure learning outcomes.
• Analyze learner feedback and NPS to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Provide detailed coaching reports to trainers on technical proficiency and pedagogical performance.
• Assess trainer use of digital tools (screen sharing, whiteboards, breakout rooms) without delays.

Required profile

• Expert‑level knowledge of voice‑over, dubbing, radio, and podcasting courses to audit knowledge transfer.
• Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic for evaluating pronunciation and script accuracy.
• Advanced proficiency with laptop‑based teaching platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
• Deep understanding of high‑quality online learning experiences and pedagogical standards.
• Familiarity with media‑production hardware, microphone setups, and audio‑visual troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for delivering constructive feedback.
• Ability to interpret survey data and drive measurable quality improvements.
