About the role

Ideal House is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its Alexandria office. You will play a key part in driving property sales, leasing and brokerage activities while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property sales, leasing and brokerage transactions.
• Meet with prospective buyers and tenants, showcase properties and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Extensive knowledge of real‑estate practices and local property laws.
• Strong sales and transaction experience.
• Excellent customer‑service and client‑relationship management abilities.
• Effective negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in real estate is a significant advantage.
