About the role
Ideal House is looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its Alexandria office. You will play a key part in driving property sales, leasing and brokerage activities while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage property sales, leasing and brokerage transactions.
- Meet with prospective buyers and tenants, showcase properties and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Required profile
- Valid Real Estate License.
- Extensive knowledge of real‑estate practices and local property laws.
- Strong sales and transaction experience.
- Excellent customer‑service and client‑relationship management abilities.
- Effective negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in real estate is a significant advantage.
