Real Estate Agent

About the role

Tree Developments is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to represent the company in showcasing residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors. Based on‑site in the 6th of October district, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering high‑quality customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, follow up, and nurture leads generated through various channels.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights, pricing guidance, and investment considerations.
• Guide clients from initial inquiry through negotiation to closing, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Prepare and review basic sales documentation and coordinate with internal teams for availability, pricing, and handover schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM or tracking tools.
• Attend site events, launches, and act as a brand ambassador for Tree Developments.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid understanding of local market dynamics.
• Proven experience in real estate sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Knowledge of property ownership types, valuation basics, and investment considerations.
• Ability to work on‑site, conduct tours, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field is a plus.
