About the role
As a Reception Agent you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every stay begins and ends with a memorable experience. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment that values responsible hospitality and personal development.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and settle accounts.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide personalized service.
- Promote hotel facilities and identify up‑selling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records using the hotel management system.
Required profile
- Service‑focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
Required skills
- Experience with Opera or a comparable hotel management system.
