Recruiter – Remote Full‑time Position

About the role

Globaltize is looking for an experienced recruiter to join its fully remote team. You will work closely with a global client base to source, assess, and place top talent across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Screen candidates and present 3‑5 qualified finalists per position.
• Follow the Globaltize interview framework and provide detailed feedback.
• Negotiate salaries within client budgets and send offers via PandaDoc.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the process.
• Track all candidate activity in HubSpot and ensure accurate records.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and build a talent database for future needs.
• Submit daily progress reports and participate in team meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent‑acquisition experience with a proven placement record.
• Experience working with BPO, staffing agencies, or hiring for U.S., Canadian, or Australian companies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑starter who thrives in a remote, startup environment.
• Passionate about connecting talent with opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS and CRM recruitment tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for candidate tracking.
• Ability to create and manage offers using PandaDoc.
