Recruitment Associate – Early‑Career Role

About the role

QStaffers is seeking a motivated Recruitment Associate to support hiring initiatives across multiple business areas. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop full‑cycle recruitment skills in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified candidates through internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate assessments for high‑volume, non‑technical roles.
• Administer basic skills tests and evaluate candidate aptitude when required.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor), including updates, dispositioning and reporting.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment timeline.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to deliver a best‑in‑class experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 6 months of recruitment experience (internship or entry‑level acceptable).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using video‑conferencing tools such as Zoom.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools like Trello.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Teamtailor.
