Recruitment Expert

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Recruitment Expert to partner with hiring managers and drive talent acquisition across its global operations. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding qualified candidates for a range of technical and professional positions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in‑person interviews, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform reference, employment, and criminal background checks.
• Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates for future opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
