Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager leads the company’s talent acquisition efforts, designing and executing strategies to attract, assess and hire qualified professionals across all levels. This role ensures vacancies are filled promptly while delivering a positive candidate experience and supporting overall growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source high‑quality candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Maintain timely closure of open positions while upholding quality standards.
• Build and sustain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and recruitment agencies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) preferred.
• 8–12 years of recruitment experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical and reporting competence to track recruitment metrics.
