About the role
The Recruitment Specialist will support Elbeiruti’s growth by attracting and hiring talent for its hospitality and food‑and‑beverage operations in Cairo. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates and collaborate closely with the HR team to meet staffing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, source, and hire new employees across the organization.
- Post job vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Review CVs, shortlist candidates, and initiate contact.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide recruitment support to the broader HR team as needed.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment.
- Preferably experienced in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage sectors.
- Strong communication abilities in English.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
