Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Leo LLC is looking for a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Heliopolis. The position is hybrid, offering a mix of on‑site work and remote flexibility, and focuses on managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for our retail and telecommunications operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers and maintain talent pipelines.
• Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Support onboarding and basic training for new hires.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate recruitment records.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably in agency or in‑house settings.
• Background in retail, telecommunications, or service‑oriented industries is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Heliopolis using digital tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
