Remote Cold Caller

About the role

Global Pacific Support is looking for a dynamic Cold Caller to make outbound calls to potential clients with the aim of generating leads, setting appointments and promoting company services or products. The role is 100% remote, from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and make outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments
• Promote company services or products
• Update customer information in the database
• Report call outcomes to the sales or marketing team
• Maintain daily or weekly targets and contribute to company growth

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer or in a similar sales role
• Strong English speaking and comprehension skills
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and work flexibly

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet use
