About the role

We are looking for a Remote Computer User Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our users across digital platforms. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, guiding users through solutions, and maintaining smooth system operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system‑related issues.
• Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions in a clear, professional manner.
• Assist with account setup, access problems, and password resets.
• Document support cases, resolutions, and system updates.
• Escalate complex issues to higher‑level technical teams when necessary.
• Maintain and update support documentation or knowledge‑base articles.
• Identify recurring issues and report trends for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple requests.
• Previous IT or support experience is a plus but not required.
