About the role

Join Kodland as a remote Game Design Tutor and inspire children and teens to create their own Roblox games. You will guide learners step‑by‑step, using ready‑to‑teach materials, while working flexible hours that match UK teaching times.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Roblox Game Design lessons using Kodland’s curriculum.
• Inspire students to build their first Roblox games and digital projects.
• Track progress, celebrate achievements, and provide ongoing guidance.
• Share lesson feedback and suggest improvements to the learning experience.
• Develop teaching skills through mentorship, mock lessons, and community events.

Required profile

• Programming knowledge (Python preferred).
• Passion for teaching children and teenagers.
• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week during UK teaching hours.
• Stable internet (minimum 20 Mbps), webcam, headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Willingness to learn Roblox Studio – training provided.
