Remote Marketing Coordinator (Junior)

About the role

Our client, a remote‑first UK technology resilience provider, is looking for a junior Marketing Coordinator to run day‑to‑day CRM campaigns, generate qualified leads and support senior consultants. The role is fully remote, operates on UK business hours and focuses on nurturing prospects through personalized outreach and basic website upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch nurture and outreach sequences in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive).
• Create and edit marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, forms and automated workflows.
• Make outbound calls as part of structured nurture workflows, not cold‑calling.
• Own the outreach process through to a booked meeting and hand off to senior consultants.
• Maintain website content: update images, fix broken links, refresh logos and apply basic on‑page SEO.
• Identify content or messaging gaps and propose new copy for review.
• Manage workload in two‑week sprints and raise blockers promptly.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, lead generation or outreach.
• Hands‑on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Comfortable making outbound calls within a structured nurture workflow.
• Organised self‑manager able to work in two‑week sprint cycles.
