Resource Manager – Senior Associate (ETIC)

About the role

PWC’s Egypt Technology and Innovation Centre (ETIC) seeks a Senior Associate to lead resource management activities, ensuring the right talent is allocated to projects at the right time while supporting operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast resource requirements, identify skill gaps and coordinate with on‑shore resourcing teams to deploy staff effectively.
• Produce and maintain reports on resource allocation, utilization and operational efficiency for senior leadership.
• Act as a liaison between project teams and business operations, communicating resource availability and needs.
• Analyse workforce trends, perform data integrity checks and propose data‑driven process improvements.
• Manage risk by early identification of delivery issues and escalating according to protocol.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in workforce planning, resource management or project management within a professional environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
