Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Resources Manager to own and operate the resourcing and booking platform for a fast‑growing creative production agency. You will ensure capacity is visible, workloads are balanced, and booking conflicts are resolved as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Run the agency’s resourcing and booking platform on a daily basis.
• Manage team capacity across multiple account teams and adjust allocations as workloads shift.
• Identify and resolve booking conflicts between competing account demands.
• Push back on senior stakeholders when capacity or priorities clash.
• Provide forward‑looking visibility on resource allocation to support growth.

Required profile

• 6+ years of resource or traffic management experience in an agency or production environment.
• Proven ability to hold ground with senior account leads and stakeholders.
• Strong capacity‑judgement and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Experience running a resourcing or booking platform end‑to‑end.
